Seeing if previous completions are carried forward onto a fresh issuing course
Simon's suggested method:
1) Create a 2024 badge and certificate course
2) Unhook Diocese courses from the 2023 issuing course
3) Hook Diocesan courses up to the 2024 issuing course
4) Add an additional link to the Diocesan course that points to 2024 issue, visible if learner has earned 2024 badge
5) Leave existing link to 2023 in place, and 2023 issuing course in place for 12 months, then remove/replace with 2025 link.
